Our application process is quick. Once all information is submitted, you can typically expect an answer within 72 hours.
Yes, we offer lease terms from 3 to 12 months. A $100 premium applies for leases between 3-6 months, and a $50 premium applies for leases between 7-11 months.
You can pay online through the Resident Portal, or in person with a cashier's check or money order made payable to ReNew Odenton.
Yes, renter's insurance is required. You can either have it covered through us for $10.95 per month, or purchase your own with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage.
No utilities are included. Water, sewer, gas, trash, and pest control are billed alongside your rent.
To set up your electricity, contact BGE (Baltimore Gas and Electric).
Comcast and Verizon are the two available providers at our community.
Amenities
Our community features a 24-hour fitness center, business center, pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), playground, and a dog park.
Yes, each apartment comes with an attached parking spot for $25.00 per month. You also have the option to purchase a reserved spot for $70.00 per month.
Washer/dryers are available in select apartments, and there are laundry rooms on the second floor of each building for your convenience.
Pet Policy
Yes, our community is pet-friendly, with pet fees applying. We also have a dog park on-site for your convenience.

You can submit a maintenance request through the Resident Portal or call the emergency maintenance line for urgent issues.
No, you do not need to be present for the technician to perform the work.
